Thursday I had a great evening with my colleagues.  It started with a kart racing which, unfortunately, I had to skip because of obvious reasons:

Then we all went out for dinner. That I can attend with no restrictions  .

Daniel is learning Romanian

Daniel started seriously to learn Romanian.

This days I keep hearing him saying “ma scuzati, domnisoara” “sunteti din romania?” “sunteti ziarist?” ).

Today when he came from work and saw me preparing to leave the couch to hug him, he said “nu, stai!” and every morning when we say goodbye to each other and go to work, he says “pa paaa” ).

He  is studying  Romanian from this book: “Colloquial Romanian: The Complete Course for Beginners”

Beer and wiskey festival, Stockholm 2009

Friday we went to the beer and wiskey festival here in Stockholm. For me it was water and some Fanta, of course, for once I have the perfect excuse, don’t have to explain why I dont drink alcohol.

Daniel and our friends tasted different sorts of beers and wiskey. A lot of people there,  probably more than 75% were men. Pretty crowded and a little bit too warm, but everybody was happy so nothing else mattered.

Utö

Last weekend we went to visit Utö, an island in the East of the Stockholm archipelago.

It was raining in Stockholm and one way to escape rain is to go out on the sea or on some island.
